District Councils join together on YouTube

District Council leaders in Somerset have joined together to launch a petition to support a campaign against Somerset County Council's proposals to create a single-tier council across Someset.

The District Council's have launed a petition on the Number 10 website which to date has received over 900 signatures. View the petition online at http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/Supersize/ 

A 'hard copy' is also being made available in shops, offices and other buildings all over Somerset.

The District Councils have also launched a short film on YouTube to support their petition. View the Video online.
