Helping to share best practice and innovation
Created in 2003 to promote dialogue on delivering better services. It consists of local authorities that achieve 'excellent' or 'Four Star' status in their Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA).
The forum seeks to develop, explore, test and disseminate new ways of working to deliver improved outcomes for local people.
